House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents (a two-person married couple) reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The role follows a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule initially, with eventual placement as a Houseparent living with the same group of students.
