Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside on-campus in Hershey, PA, supervising and guiding a group of approximately 8–13 students in a family-like home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent assignment with the same students. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for married couples
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home
