Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live on-campus in student homes in a two-person couple team, providing supervision, mentorship, and support for 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a rotating nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, experience with youth, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with no alcohol on duty.
