Job Summary
Two-person married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents living in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include a salary of $46,917 per person (about $180,000 total per couple with housing/benefits), relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, retirement options, PTO, and paid training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse two-year marriage minimum
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
