House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. A two-person married couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing care, supervision, guidance, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, and paid time off. Qualifications include experience with youth, high school diploma or GED, and a two-spouse married requirement. Both spouses must complete individual applications. Valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student vans are required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
