House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Milton Hershey School is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students, and follow a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same student group. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Benefits include salary per person with comprehensive insurance, relocation assistance, paid training, and paid time off. Both spouses must complete individual employment applications for consideration; relocation to Hershey, PA or Needles, CA locations is involved.
