Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of about 813 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle to a placed houseparent role living with the same student group. This two-person role requires both spouses to complete individual applications and offers relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
