Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School: Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus to supervise and mentor a group of 8–13 students, manage household routines, medications, and transport to activities; lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel; initial 9-on/3-off schedule transitioning to a placed houseparent; relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement, paid time off; two-person married-couple role with both spouses aging 27+, HS diploma or GED required, valid driver license, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two spouses must be legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver''s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and accompanying them to Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
