House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed houseparent living and working with the same group of students. Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and both spouses to be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; relocation assistance provided.
