House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple role as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Couples reside in on-campus student homes to provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Chapel visits, and handling budgeting and household reporting. The schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a single student home.
