House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, residing in on-campus student homes and providing care, supervision, mentorship, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, medication administration, transportation to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, directing daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting, and sustaining a structured, family-like environment. The role starts with a nine-on, three-off schedule across multiple homes and transitions to a placed Houseparent role living with the same students. Requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a high school diploma or GED; two spouses must be legally married for at least two years and both be age 27 or older.
