House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married couples for Full-time Flex Houseparents on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA; responsible for supervising and mentoring a group of 8–13 students, managing daily routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students. Lead daily devotions and accompany students to Sunday Chapel; oversee budgeting and household reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their home.
