Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School reside on campus in student homes, supervising and mentoring a group of around 813 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and may transition to a Placed Houseparent living arrangement with the same group of students. Candidates must be a legally married two-spouse team, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and candidates should have experience with youth.
