Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparent role on Milton Hershey School campus; couples reside in on-campus student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, lead devotions and Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with a nine-on/three-off schedule initially and potential transition to a placed houseparent living in the same student home; relocation to Hershey, PA required and relocation assistance provided; benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement savings, PTO, and paid training; requires high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and age 27+, with up to three dependent children; applications must be submitted individually by both spouses.
Required Qualifications
