House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple needed to join Milton Hershey School as Full-time Flex Houseparents. They reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, mentorship, supervision, and support for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning/developing activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Schedule begins with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living and working with the same group of students. Relocation assistance is provided. Requires a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student home vans, experience with youth, and a two-year marriage minimum for both spouses who must be at least 27 years old. Other constraints include limits on dependents, a smoke- and weapon-free campus, no alcohol on duty, pet limitations, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Includes comprehensive benefits and paid training.
