House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple Full-time Flex Houseparents live on-campus in a student home and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement as a Regular Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person (~$46,917) plus comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Requires two-year married-spouse commitment, age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a smoke- and weapon-free campus; position is on-campus with relocation to Hershey, PA.
