Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) sought to reside on the Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA, as Full-time Flex Houseparents. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring students (8–13 per home), managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and budgeting/household reporting. Initially, the schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768) with comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, paid training, and PTO. Qualifications include youth experience, two-year married status, age 27+, valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a smoke-free, weapon-free campus with limited pet allowances.
