House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, residing in on-campus student homes to supervise and support 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent in the same student home. Benefits include salary per person ($44,768), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and other fringe benefits. Qualifications require youth-work experience, a two-year married status, both spouses aged 27+, up to three dependent children, a valid U.S. driver’s license with ability to become certified to drive student vans, high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to a religiously appropriate, safe campus environment.
