Job Summary
House Parents - two-person, married-couple role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Full-time Flex Houseparents reside in on-campus student homes (8–13 students) to provide supervision, mentorship, and care, including daily routines, medications, activities, devotions, and weekly schedules. Initially on a 9-on/3-off cycle, with eventual placement into a consistent student-home assignment. Benefits include relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance options, retirement savings, paid time off, and housing/meal provisions. Requires both spouses to complete individual applications; must be legally married for at least two years, both partners age 27+, and high school diploma or GED. Relocation assistance provided.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience with youth
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
- Proven integrity and professionalism
