House Parents – a two-person, married-couple, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at a residential school on campus. The role involves residing in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The position advances from a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule to a Placed Houseparent arrangement with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required; relocation assistance and paid training are included; benefits cover medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and paid time off. A high school diploma or GED is required; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and complete individual applications. The role is fully in-person on campus with on-site housing and responsibilities centered on student care and development.
