House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside in on-campus student homes at Milton Hershey School, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel attendance, and managing household budgeting and reporting. Couples must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and prepare to transition from nine days on / three days off to a placed Houseparent role in the same student home; relocation assistance and paid training provided. High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license; ability to lift 50 lbs; commitment to a smoke- and weapon-free campus with specific safety and conduct standards.
