Job Summary
House Parents (Full-time Flex) live on campus in student homes in Hershey, PA, as a two-person married couple. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and attending Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students. Benefits include salary per person (~$44,768), comprehensive health benefits, relocation assistance, paid time off, and training. Applicants must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, hold a high school diploma or GED, have a valid U.S. driver’s license, be able to lift up to 50 lbs, and be able to lead religious activities while upholding campus policies.
