Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) are Full-time Flex Houseparents living on-campus in Hershey, PA, to supervise and mentor 8–13 students in a family-like environment. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and facilitating developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Early schedule begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a stable home group. Required Qualifications
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Two-person role for a married couple (both spouses must apply)
