House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents are a two-person, full-time on-campus role for married couples living in student homes at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, conducting daily devotions, coordinating Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a structured, family-like environment. The position starts with a nine-days-on, three-days-off cycle and transitions to a placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
