House Parents (Full-time Flex Houseparents) live in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for groups of 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and maintaining a safe, structured home environment. Schedule involves nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a Placed Houseparent role living with the same group of students.
