House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role sought to live on-campus as Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring a group of approximately 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off schedule to a placed houseparent placement. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver's license with ability to drive student vans, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, demonstrate integrity and professionalism, be legally married for at least two years with both spouses aged 27 or older, and prior experience working or volunteering with youth.
