Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparent role for married couples to reside in on-campus student homes, supervising 8–13 students, providing care, mentorship, routines management, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental/recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a dedicated student home. Includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits; requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and adherence to campus conduct.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
