Job Summary
House Parents (two-person, married couple) provide on-campus supervision, care, and mentorship to groups of 8–13 students in a residential setting at Milton Hershey School. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. The role starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student home. Required Qualifications
