Job Summary
Two-person, married-couple Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes, providing care, mentorship, supervision, and support for groups of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and participating in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a placed Houseparent role living and working with the same student group in their home. Benefits include relocation assistance and paid training; salary listed at $46,917 per person (approximately $180,000 total per couple) plus comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Comfort leading students in daily devotions and chapel services
