House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person married couple role serving as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School. Couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially, nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group. Benefits include salary per person $46,917 (approx. $180,000 per couple), relocation assistance, comprehensive insurance, retirement options, paid time off, and training. Requires high school diploma or GED, two-year legally married status, age 27+, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA with on-campus housing.
