House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparents required to reside on campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA, caring for a group of approximately 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with potential transition to a placed houseparent role within the same student home.
