Job Summary
House Parents provide daily supervision and mentorship to a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental and recreational activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and household reporting, and transition from nine consecutive days on duty with three days off to a stable living-and-working arrangement with the same student group in a dedicated home; the role is a two-person, full-time position with relocation to Hershey, PA, includes comprehensive benefits and relocation support, and requires a legally married couple who are both 27+ and have a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
