Job Summary
Two-person married couple role hired as Full-time Flex Houseparents on a campus in Hershey, PA to supervise roughly 813 students, provide care, guidance, supervision, and schedules, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions, accompany Sunday Chapel, and assist with budgeting and reporting. Initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement into a single student-home assignment. Includes relocation assistance, paid training, and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, HSAs/FSAs, life and disability, retirement).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal marriage for at least two years
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driverA0s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel services (proselytizing prohibited)
- Willingness to reside and work in on-campus student homes
- Ability to become certified to drive student home vans
