House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents needed at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes and provide supervision, mentorship, and care for approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising daily routines, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and following a nine-days-on, three-days-off schedule before transitioning to a Placed Houseparent role. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, experience with youth, and both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and at least 27 years old.
