Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. The couple resides in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and care for a group of approximately 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines and schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in development and recreation, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; eventually transition to a Placed Houseparent living and working with the same student group.
