House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School. A two-person married-couple on-campus role supervising and mentoring 8–13 students, managing household routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning and leading developmental/recreational activities, and guiding daily devotions with Sunday Chapel. Initial schedule is nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transitioning to a Stable Houseparent in a dedicated student home. Includes on-campus housing, meals on duty, comprehensive benefits, and relocation assistance. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses aged 27+, and hold a high school diploma or GED. Driver’s license required and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prolonged commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus with restrictions on alcohol, and ability to certify to drive student vans.
