House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Full-time Flex Houseparents to reside in on-campus student homes in Hershey, PA, for a two-person married couple. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship of 8–13 students, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from flexible to placed houseparent with the same student group. Schedule initially consists of nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off. Benefits include salary per person, relocation assistance, comprehensive medical/dental/vision coverage, retirement options, PTO, and paid training. Qualifications require experience with youth, readiness for a two-person married couple living on campus, both spouses age 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and capability to participate in religious activities in a Judeo-Christian context.
