House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

House Parents — Married couples needed for full-time Flex Houseparent roles: live in on-campus student homes, supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage routines, administer medications, transport students to activities, lead daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting; initially 9 consecutive days on duty followed by 3 days off, with eventual placement in a single student home. Must be legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27+, possess a valid U.S. driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Compensation includes salary per person, comprehensive benefits, relocation assistance, and housing/meals on duty; relocation to Hershey, PA is required. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
