Job Summary
House Parents are a married-couple, full-time Flex Houseparents who live on campus at Milton Hershey School to supervise 8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications and ensuring student wellness, driving students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and transitioning from nine days on / three days off to the Placed Houseparent role with the same group of students.
