Job Summary
House Parents - Relocation to Hershey, PA: Full-time Flex Houseparents reside on-campus with a group of 8–13 students, providing supervision, mentorship, and care. Responsibilities include daily supervision, activities planning, medication administration, transportation to activities, leading devotions and Chapel attendance, budgeting and reporting, and fulfilling a nine-days-on/three-days-off cycle transitioning into a placed houseparent role. Requires a two-person, legally married couple aged 27 or older, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and willingness to relocate to Hershey, PA. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided; training included. For consideration, both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
