Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents (two-person married couple) live on-campus in student homes, provide care, supervision, and mentorship for ~8–13 students, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan developmental/recreational programs, lead daily devotions, and oversee budgeting and reporting. The role begins with nine days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living in the same student home. Requires high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and demonstrated experience with youth. Employment is relocation-required, offers relocation assistance, and includes comprehensive benefits. Both spouses must be legally married for at least two years, be 27 or older, and complete individual applications. Applicants must be prepared to reside in or relocate to the on-campus setting in Hershey, PA (on-site housing provided).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years

- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- Comfort leading students in devotions and accompanying them to Chapel
- Commitment to smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism; ability to serve as role models
