Job Summary
House Parents - Full-time Flex Houseparents needed to reside on Milton Hershey School campus in Hershey, PA and later transition to a Placed Houseparent role. Couples care for a group of ~8–13 students, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and supervision of household routines and student schedules. Responsibilities include administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and leading developmental and recreational activities, guiding daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and household reporting, and supporting multiple student homes on a rotating nine-on/three-off schedule. The role emphasizes a structured, family-like environment to support students’ academic, emotional, and social development, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-year married commitment
- Two-spouse eligibility for positions
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
