Job Summary
Two-person married couple to reside in on-campus student homes as Full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School, providing supervision, mentorship, daily routines, medication administration, transportation to activities, and leadership of devotions and Sunday Chapel. Responsibilities include budgeting and household reporting; initially nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to a Placed Houseparent living with the same group of students. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
- This is a two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
