Job Summary
Two-person Full-time Flex Houseparents (married couple) live on-campus at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA to supervise and guide ~8–13 students in a student home. Responsibilities include daily supervision, mentorship, medication administration, planning activities, driving students to activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, budgeting and household reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off; later transition to a placed Houseparent living and working with the same group. Required Qualifications
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
- Experience working or volunteering with youth
