Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents who are married couples reside in on-campus student homes and supervise 8–13 students, providing care, guidance, supervision, and development opportunities. Responsibilities include daily supervision, managing household routines, administering medications, transporting students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting. The role begins with a nine-on, three-off schedule and transitions to a Placed Houseparent living with the same student group. Relocation to Hershey, PA is required and benefits include comprehensive medical/dental/vision, retirement options, paid time off, and relocation assistance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to relocate to Hershey, PA
- Marital status: legally married for at least two years
- Age 27 or older for both spouses
