Job Summary
Two-person, full-time Flex Houseparents at Milton Hershey School to reside in on-campus student homes, providing daily supervision, mentorship, and guidance to 8–13 students. Responsibilities include supervising routines, administering medications, driving to activities, planning development and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and Sunday Chapel, and overseeing budgeting and household reporting. Initially work nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual transition to living and working with the same group of students in their own home. Compensation includes salary per person plus housing and meals, with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Must be a legally married couple for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older, and meet other on-campus living requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person role for couples legally married for at least two years
- Both spouses must complete individual employment applications

- Married for at least two years
- Both spouses age 27 or older
- No more than three dependent children in the student home
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans
- Smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol while on duty
- Proselytizing prohibited
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
