Job Summary
House Parents for Milton Hershey School are an immediately relocating, full-time two-person team responsible for living with a group of 8–13 students in on-campus homes. Responsibilities include providing daily supervision and mentorship, managing household routines and student schedules, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning and engaging in developmental and recreational activities, leading daily devotions and chapel, overseeing budgeting and reporting, and transitioning from a nine-days-on/three-days-off duty cycle to a Placed Houseparent role with a consistent home group. The position offers relocation assistance, comprehensive health benefits, paid time off, and training. Applicants must be a legally married two-person team (both spouses 27+) with a high school diploma or GED, valid U.S. driver’s license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and prior experience with youth.
