Job Summary
House Parents provide care and guidance in on-campus student homes for groups of 8–13 students, supervising daily routines, mentoring, administering medications, driving students to activities, planning developmental and recreational activities, leading devotions and chapel, and managing household budgeting and reporting. The role is a full-time, two-person placement for married couples, with a nine-on/three-off rotation initially, transitioning to a consistent student-home placement, and includes relocation to Hershey, PA with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-person couple must both apply individually
- Both spouses aged 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with youth
- Willingness to live on campus in a student home
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus
