Job Summary
Two-person, Full-time Flex Houseparent role at Milton Hershey School in Hershey, PA. Live on-campus in student homes to supervise and mentor 8–13 students, administer medications, coordinate routines and schedules, drive students to activities, plan and engage in developmental/recreational activities, lead daily devotions and accompany Sunday Chapel, and oversee budgeting and reporting. Schedule starts with nine consecutive days on duty followed by three days off, with eventual placement in a fixed student home. Relocation assistance provided; comprehensive benefits and paid training available. Requires a legally married couple, both spouses age 27+, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

- Experience working with youth
