Job Summary
Full-time Flex Houseparents for Milton Hershey School: married couples reside on-campus in student homes and supervise and mentor 8–13 students, manage household routines, administer medications, drive students to activities, plan and engage in development and recreation, lead daily devotions and attend Sunday Chapel, oversee budgeting and reporting, with an initial nine-on/three-off schedule and eventual placement in a single student home; position includes relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two-spouse couple must apply individually
- Both spouses must be age 27 or older
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Commitment to a smoke-free and weapon-free campus; no alcohol on duty
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism
- Comfort leading daily devotions and Judeo-Christian Sunday Chapel services
